The Board of Directors are volunteers who serve without compensation. The Members choose to make themselves availabile to assist with questions and concerns. Please allow 24 hours to recieve a response, each board member is employed and has obligations of their own to tend to. Board Members are not required under the Associations Declaration of Condominium ownership, Bylaws or State law to make themselves personally available to residents. Requests to attend a Board Meeting must be submitted in writing or emailed to the office with a full explanation of the concern. ​

Contact Penn for any questions about what you can put to the curb. You should contact them for large items and construction material. Furniture {Chairs, couches, beds, etc.} should be wrapped in plastic.
Garbage day is Thursday mornings, you can put it out to the curb by driveway near the street Wednesday after 3pm.
